Air Doctor offers its services in more than 60 countries already!
We are not yet everywhere, but we’re getting there 🙂
If you receive a blank search result on our app, contact us through the chat option and our team will do their best in helping you find the medical treatment you need.
After successfully booking an appointment with any medical provider, the details will be visible on the appointment page. In addition, an email will be sent to you with all the relevant appointment details.
Of course! Appointments can only be booked through our platform, though. If you are having technical difficulties you can call us and we’ll be happy to help you.

If your insurance company is listed under the ‘add insurance policy’ option under Account then we are partnered with them.
If they are not listed, you will still be able to send them the invoice after receiving treatment and request a reimbursement.
Though we do not guarantee reimbursements from insurers we are not partnered with, we have not yet seen an insurer that did not accept one of our invoices.
It is best to inquire with your insurance company regarding your policy and what is covers.
All providers that appear in Air Doctor’s app go through a thorough evaluation process in which we make sure they are highly rated, have a medical license, and are reputable. In addition to the evaluation process, all of our partnered practitioners undergo a routine checkup by our staff to make sure their standards continue to be high over time.
On our home screen, you can type in your location and a list of available doctor specialties will appear. After choosing the specialty you are looking for, the list of individual providers will appear. You can review the different doctor’s details before requesting an available slot from the scheduling tab. The medical provider will reply to your request within 45 minutes which you will receive by notification and email.
Upon requesting an appointment with any medical provider, you have the option to describe your medical concern in detail. If the doctor has any questions before confirming/rejecting the visit he/she will give you a call.
If you are getting blank results in the app, it means we do not have coverage in your area.
You can contact our customer support and a representative will try to assist you.
If you feel you are in an emergency situation, please head to the nearest hospital.
If you are already in an Emergency Room in a hospital, you should contact your healthcare provider’s assistance company for guidance.
If no options appear in our search results for the specific specialty you need, it means that we do not have coverage for that specialty in your area. If one of the other types of specialties is suitable for your needs, you can click on that specialty and schedule a visit.
You can always write to us and ask to add specialties you think are needed.
You can submit a request for an appointment with our medical providers up to 3 days before the required date. The working hours for each doctor appear in their profile screen in the app.
You can inquire about booking an appointment for a later date through our customer support team.
Our service is available for all travelers, private or insured.
Private users are required to pay for the consultations with the doctors.
If you have an insurance that works with Air Doctor, you can assign it to your account and after that, the prices of our providers will be changed according to your policy terms.
