Air Doctor is a digital application that simplifies the process of finding a general practitioner or specialist while away from home. Booking an in-person or virtual consultation across Europe, Asia, Australia and America has never been easier.
Joining Air Doctor gives you the opportunity to reach thousands of potential patients every month at no cost to you. With the help of our app, travelers in your area can schedule a face-to-face or online consultation.
We have noticed that our patients prefer to book with doctors who have a detailed profile, images of the clinic, agreeable pricing and good ratings on our app.
Potential customers browse doctors on the app according to the specialty they need and can sort the list by distance, price and language. After choosing the best fitting doctor, they can request to book a visit through the app. The requested doctor receives an app notification as well as an email informing them of the request and have 45 minutes to confirm or suggest a different slot.
After the visit takes place, the doctor confirms that the appointment occurred and gets paid by Air Doctor within 48 hours.

No, The login process (Username + Process ) is necessary only for the first login.
Yes. It is recommended to have a detailed profile. It is highly noticed that patients prefer doctors with extensive information.
It is not mandatory, but we have discovered that Patients prefer to send requests to doctors with a profile picture.
If you have technical problems you can always contact our support team ([email protected]) or click on the “contact us” tab in your home screen – we are available 24/7 and will be more than glad to assist you with solving any issues you might have.
You can edit the time and the date of any request on the confirmation page and await approval from the patient. We recommend not moving requests unless necessary as many times it can lead to the patient canceling the appointment.
Yes. You can suggest that the meeting take place in a different location and await the patient’s approval.
All financial documents (invoices, payment requests, receipts etc.) should be sent to our financial department ([email protected]). Any medical documents (reports, test results, prescriptions etc.) should be given directly to the patient.
Additional costs to any appointment can be added to the appointment’s basic fee on the app after the appointment has occurred.

Yes. If the patient didn’t cancel the appointment three hours before the appointment hour you will get fully paid.
Additional costs can be added to the appointment’s basic fee in the app after the visit took place.
All payments are made through Air Doctor.
In order to streamline our payment process and deliver payments quicker, with lower fees and while maximizing the security, we use Payoneer to transfer the payments.
Some benefits of using Payoneer are:

The payment for your service will be in any currency you choose to have it in.
