Air Doctor is a digital health app that simplifies the process of finding a general practitioner or specialist while away from home. Booking an in-person or online doctor consultation across Europe, Asia, Australia and America has never been easier.
Joining Air Doctor gives you the opportunity to reach thousands of potential patients every month at no cost to you. With the help of our digital health app, travelers in your area can schedule a face-to-face or online doctor visit.
We have noticed that our patients prefer to book with doctors who have a detailed profile, images of the clinic, agreeable pricing and good ratings on our app.
Potential patients browse doctors on the app according to the specialty they need. They can also can sort the list according to distance, price and language. After choosing a doctor, they can schedule an appointment through the app. The requested doctor receives an app notification as well as an email informing them of the request and have 45 minutes to confirm or suggest a different slot.
After the visit takes place, the doctor confirms that the appointment occurred and gets paid by Air Doctor within 48 hours.

No, your logins are only required the first time you login.
Yes. It is recommended that you have a detailed profile. Our stats show that patients prefer doctor profiles with extensive information.
It is not mandatory, but we have discovered that patients prefer to send requests to doctors with a profile picture.
If you have technical problems you can always contact our support team ([email protected]) or click on the Contact Us tab on your home screen – we are available 24/7 and will be more than happy to assist you.
You can edit the time and the date of any request on the confirmation page and await approval from the patient. We recommend not moving requests unless necessary as many times it can lead to the patient canceling the appointment.
Yes. You can suggest that the meeting take place in a different location and await the patient’s approval.
All financial documents (invoices, payment requests, receipts etc.) should be sent to our financial department ([email protected]). Any medical documents (reports, test results, prescriptions etc.) should be given directly to the patient.
Any additional costs can be added to the basic fee on the app after the appointment has occurred.

Yes. If the patient didn’t cancel the appointment three hours before the scheduled time, you still get paid in full.
Additional costs can be added to the appointment’s basic fee in the app after the visit took place.
All payments are made through Air Doctor.
In order to streamline our payment process and deliver payments quicker, with lower fees and while maximizing security, we use Payoneer.
Some benefits of using Payoneer are:
- The transaction is done the same business day regardless of weekends and holidays.
- The transaction is processed using a high security system.
- It will lower the commissions for the transactions.
The payment for your service will be in any currency you choose to have it in.
