Air Doctor is a hi-tech company in the global tourism and health industry, located in Moshav Bet Nekofa, in the Jerusalem area.

What will I be doing?

Air Doctor is looking for a skilled part-time bookkeeper and payroll processing clerk to maintain our financial records, including invoices, payments, receipts, and billing processing. Job duties also include preparing monthly payroll and pension deposits and the related reporting to tax authorities and other government authorities. Duties also include bank reconciliations and daily credit card reconciliations, and other budget and report preparation, as needed.

Job requirements

  • Bookkeeping certificate type 2 or 3
  • At least 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing
  • High-level English – both written and spoken
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with bookkeeping and payroll software, Priority Zoom – benefit

  • Easily adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and highly organized, but also able to see the big picture
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working in a global company – benefit
