From video consultations and at-home visits to in-clinic appointments, our large medical network spans countries, cultures and specialties. We help people feel safe, supported, and cared for with 24/7 access whenever they need us.

Where are we located?

Our offices are based in the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for our next shift leaders – managers who will thrive in the service world, lead our global teams with passion, and inspire those around them.

What will I be doing?

The role includes managing teams both in Israel and abroad, supervising frontline operations by assigning tasks to employees and ensuring customer satisfaction during your shift.

What do you need to bring?

• High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written – required
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
• Ability in managing global teams
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making skills
• Command or leadership background – an advantage

**Shift-based job – 24/7 including nights & weekends.
