We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast-growing startup!

Air Doctor is an insurtech startup that provides a healthcare solution to travelers, expats, and tourists in every corner of the globe.

Our app offers a global network of local doctors and specialists in more than 60 countries all over the world, and provides clinic visits, home visits and telemedicine consultations.

Our affiliates are world-leading insurance companies. The company has raised $7.8 million in Series A funding, by Kamet Ventures and Phoenix.

Our Location

Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion (Jerusalem area).

Your Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager to best recruit new hires and expansion of the team
• Take ownership of candidates’ interview process by working closely hiring managers
• Work with various recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn, local websites, and others you might think of as useful
• Act as an impressive ambassador of the Air Doctor team, presenting and introducing our amazing company to potential candidates 😊

Essential Skills

• People person!
• Excellent English skills both verbal and written.
• Proactive and eager to develop and detail-oriented person
• Able to quickly adapt and adjust priorities as necessary and a make-it-happen attitude
• Previous experience as a recruiter, for a variety of fields, especially technological recruitment – advantage
